These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of STFY, including the mobile application, web version, and related online services.

By downloading, browsing, registering for, purchasing from, or otherwise using STFY, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction and for providing accurate account information.

Certain features may require you to create an account or sign in through a third-party authentication provider, including OAuth-based login providers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Subject to these Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use STFY for personal or internal lawful purposes.

You may not misuse the service or help others do so.

• Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or lease any part of the service except as permitted by applicable law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code, or circumvent technical restrictions, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
• Use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, violate applicable law, or upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or misleading content.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, availability, or proper operation of the service.

The service, including its software, technology, branding, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by App Incubator Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms of Service do not transfer any ownership rights to you, except for the limited right to use the service described above.

STFY may allow you to submit prompts, uploads, profile information, support communications, and other materials, and may generate outputs using artificial intelligence technologies.

You retain any rights you may have in content you submit, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate, provide, improve, secure, and support the service.

By submitting content through STFY, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, and use that content solely as needed to operate and improve the service and to comply with law.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to use it.

AI-generated results may be automated, may not always be accurate, unique, or suitable for every purpose, and should be reviewed before reliance or distribution.

STFY may offer paid digital features, digital content, one-time purchases, and recurring subscriptions.

Prices, billing terms, subscription periods, and included features will be shown to you before you complete a purchase.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date in accordance with the rules of the platform through which the subscription was purchased or through available account settings.

Web payments, including subscriptions and one-time purchases, may be processed by Stripe.

Purchases made through iOS and Android may be processed by Apple or Google through their in-app purchase systems.

Payment processing is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider or platform.

We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers solely because you make a payment through Stripe, Apple, or Google unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Billing, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by our Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

For purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds, cancellations, and subscription management may also be subject to the rules of those platforms.

STFY provides digital features and services. Access to purchased digital features is typically provided electronically after successful payment and account or purchase confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the platform used, payment confirmation, technical conditions, and account status.

The service may integrate with or rely on third-party services that have their own terms, policies, and technical requirements.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies imposed by those providers.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, or operating system.

Some features require internet access and a compatible device, browser, or operating system.

You are responsible for your data charges, mobile carrier fees, roaming fees, hardware, software, and internet access needed to use the service.

Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STFY is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

We do not make any express or implied warranties regarding the service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, accuracy, or reliability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Incubator Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms of Service, misuse the service, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we discontinue the service.

Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms of Service will cease and you must stop using the service.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, China, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date below.

Your continued use of the service after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
