This policy explains how billing, subscription cancellation, digital delivery, and refund handling work for STFY purchases made on the web and through mobile app stores.
Scope
This policy applies to paid digital products and services offered through STFY, including one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions.
STFY does not sell or ship physical goods, so no return policy applies.
Payment Providers
Web payments are processed by Stripe.
iOS and Android in-app purchases are processed by Apple and Google through their respective app marketplace billing systems.
Digital Delivery
STFY provides digital features and services only. Access is typically provided electronically after successful payment confirmation.
Subscription Cancellation
For web subscriptions, you may cancel to stop future renewals in accordance with the cancellation options made available in the service or by contacting finance@app-incubator.ltd.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, cancellation applies to future billing periods and does not reverse charges already processed for the current billing period.
For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellation and subscription management are handled under the rules and tools of the applicable platform.
Refunds
For web purchases, refund requests may be submitted to finance@app-incubator.ltd within 14 days of the charge date.
Refunds for web purchases are not guaranteed and are reviewed in accordance with applicable law, whether the digital service was delivered, whether the purchased features were used, and the circumstances of the purchase, including duplicate or unauthorized transactions.
If a refund is approved for a web purchase, it is returned to the original payment method and typically appears within 5-10 business days, though it may take longer in some cases depending on your bank or payment provider.
For purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests are handled under the rules of the applicable platform.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date below.
