This Privacy Policy applies to the STFY mobile application and STFY web version operated by App Incubator Limited.

It applies when you use the mobile application or web version, create or manage an account, generate or upload content, contact us, subscribe to paid features, or make one-time purchases.

This service is intended for use as is.

We collect information when you download, access, or use our mobile application or web version.

Depending on how you use STFY, we may collect personal data that you provide directly to us, data collected automatically from your device or browser, transaction-related information, and content you create or submit through the service.

• Account and profile information, such as email address, name, user ID, profile image, and OAuth account information.
• User-generated content, prompts, uploads, generated assets, support messages, and other materials you choose to submit.

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence technologies to provide content generation and related product functionality. AI-related processing may involve prompts, uploaded materials, and other inputs that are necessary to provide the requested output.

We may also use your information to personalize your experience, process purchases, manage subscriptions, provide customer support, send service-related communications, send marketing where permitted by law, detect fraud or abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Depending on your location and the context of processing, we process personal data where necessary to perform a contract with you, where required to comply with legal obligations, where we have legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business, or where you have provided consent.

We offer paid digital products and services through both the mobile application and the web version of STFY.

For web purchases, including subscriptions and one-time payments, payment processing is provided by Stripe. Stripe may process payment information and related transaction data in accordance with Stripe's own privacy policy and legal obligations.

For iOS and Android in-app purchases, payment processing is provided by Apple and Google through their respective in-app purchase systems and is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not receive full payment card details from Apple, Google, or Stripe solely because a payment is made. Instead, we typically receive limited information necessary to confirm payment, provide access to purchased features, manage subscriptions, handle support requests, address disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain accounting and tax records.
